Refund policy - Sage Global Solutions

Everything we sell is a digital download, so there is no package to mail back.

If something goes wrong, we fix it first. If a file will not open, a download link fails, or the wrong file arrives, contact us and we will re-send your link or replace the file at no charge.

Refunds. If we cannot get your purchase working for you, we will refund you. Reach out within 30 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong; requests are handled case by case.

Personalized books. Goodnight, My Little Star is made fresh with your child's name for each order, so it cannot be restocked or resold. If we make a mistake (wrong name or spelling), we will correct it free or refund you - your choice.
